Booking Terms and Conditions
We totally understand — life gets busy, plans change, and things slip through the cracks. That’s exactly why we’ve put a simple system in place to help everyone stay on track.

Confirmation ; Reminders
Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email and text, followed by a reminder the day before your appointment. These include everything you need — including links to view, cancel, or reschedule your booking — so please take a moment to double-check the details are correct.

Your Agreement
During the booking process, you’ll be asked to tick a box confirming that you’ve read and agreed to our terms and conditions. This includes our 3-hour rescheduling and cancellation policy. Changes and cancellations ( full refund is applied )can be made anytime prior to your appointment, using the links in your confirmation or reminder. We’re not able to process changes by phone or message.

Missed Appointments
As much as we’d love to accommodate everyone, we’re unable to offer refunds or alternative slots for missed appointments
